Please help, I have this skin condition but i dont know what it is.?

about a week ago i think a small ringworm was starting on my left hip. i put some antifungal medication on it but it keeps getting bigger. it doesnt really itch that much but sometimes it does. then i saw a welt like thing on the top of my right ribs and then i saw another. and now since then i have about 20 more around my abdomen. what could this be, theyre only about in the range from one cm or less.
