Spirits, demons, paranormal?

I don't know where this came from but I was sitting in the kitchen and all of a sudden I saw 3 welts on my arm. They stayed there for like 3 hours. When you look closely it looked like the 3 middle fingers of a hand. It was like as if something grabbed me then pulled their hand outward so the welts looked long. Kind of like scratches. Has anybody ever had this problem please help me. I'm used to seeing spirits so it don't bother me much but I don't know what this could be, I didn't have a bad vibe around.
