PLEASE! do i have bed bugs?

for the last week or so i have been wakeing up with big red welts that look like they may have blead and if i put antibacterial on them fbrown fluid comes out it hurts im affrade to sleep how can i look for them and what should i do i know ohio has been being infested with the recently and yeay i happen to live in ohio can some one tell me what i should do what i should look for PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
