Itchy Red Welts, but I'm not sure if its hives?

I've been having some little red welts around my thighs. I'm not sure if its welts tho because I've had this for the past few days already. I've taken benadryl and they still remain. What could it be? Is there anything I can take to make them go away? I'm not allergic to anything. Haven't changed laundry detergent or anything like that. I already washed my bed covers.
