Im getting these bites, and they just seem to be getting worse and worse everyday.?

They come in patterns, i get them mostly on my arms and legs, and they itch so much. they're either red welts, or white welts with a slight head on them. Ive tossed my entire bedroom upside down, cleaned, sprayed bug killers...i see no nesting, no bugs, nothing. What is wrong with me?
